How long do I have to return my order?
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to return any items you no longer want.
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition in which you received them, including the original packaging. If an item is returned damaged, used or in unsuitable condition, we will be unable to process the refund. All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. Do you offer free returns?
At this time we are unable to provide free return labels. Returned orders remain your responsibility until they reach our facilities, so we recommend obtaining proof of postage with your chosen carrier to ensure your return is recorded and trackable.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund timeframe depends on how long it takes for the returned items to reach our facilities and be processed by our team.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase only.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, although it typically arrives considerably sooner.
Can I combine multiple returns?
No, each return must be registered and sent separately. Combining multiple returns in one parcel may delay the processing of your refund, so please ensure each return is packaged individually.
Please remember to keep proof of postage for each return.
If your return is lost in transit and you are unable to provide proof of postage, we will be unable to process the refund. However, if you can provide a valid tracking number or postage receipt, we will offer you store credit for the return.
Please note: postage costs are non-refundable.
